Settings

Step 1: First of all you need to set your plugin settings in WP Site Monitor => Settings menu. In Schedule Settings, put the checking time in minutes. If you put 60 then it means after each 60 mins, plugin will check all the websites which you've added and if it finds any changes in the title of the URL then it will notify the admin through an email.

In Email Settings, you can set email title and email body as shown below using the available shortcodes.

WP Site Monitor Lists

Step 1: In WP Site Monitor => WP Site Monitor List menu, you will see all the websites which you've added. Please note that you can add any type of website here, WordPress as well as non-WordPress.

Step 2: In order to add a new site, click on +Add New Site button as shown below. A screen will appear in which you will have to add Site URL which you want to track and a notification email where system will send the email if it finds any changes in the title of this website. Usually title changes in case of 404 error or when a website goes down (the logic behind used in our WP Site Monitor plugin).

Step 3: If status of any website is RED then it means its TITLE has been changed for SEO reasons or for any other reason. In this case, you can click on first rotation icon to set it again.
