1. Before you order any plan, contact us to discuss which plan suits you the best.
2. All plans include regular website backups.
3. Any kind of hosting access won’t be given to you until we end the contract as we manage all the hosting plans from our own accounts.
4. If you want to customize any plan, then that’s also possible. Please  contact us to discuss the possibilities.
5. More than 99% website uptime is guaranteed and generally we don’t face any issues with servers which we use.
6. Upgrading the plan is also possible but you need to inform us in advance.
7. Support will be provided on prompt basis in IST hours only (GMT + 5:30)
8. Monthly/Yearly  Subscriptions will be taken care by PayPal. If you don’t have PayPal, yearly option is the only option. We’ll accept Wire Transfers in this case. Contact us to discuss this.
9. Yearly plans are also available and you get 10% flat discount if you choose them. Contact us if you’re interested.
10. We’ve no refund policy. To avoid any confusion we offer free consultation, before you choose your plan.
11. Downgrading of any plan is not possible. Only upgrading is possible.
12. If payment is not made on timely manner then the services will be down immediately after 24 hrs of waiting.
13. We’ll contact you within 12 hrs of your order is placed. It will take upto 7 days to 30 days to develop a website depending upon your requirements.
