This is a qualification form, not a contact form. Three of these questions decide whether there is a fit — budget range, timeline, and whether IP or equity is negotiable — so they are asked here rather than in the third conversation.

Something that carries real load and where a wrong answer costs money. Financial pipelines, reconciliation, classification at volume, agents that act on a system rather than chat about it.

One accountable team

You want the team that designs it to be the team that builds it and the team that operates it afterwards. No relay, no account manager, no hand-off.

Poor fit

Staff augmentation

A seat on an existing team, a fixed-scope rebuild of something that already works, or a chat widget bolted onto a website. Those are real needs; they are not what Ommune does.

Budget range In USD, or the equivalent in your currency. A range is fine — there is no pricing page, so this is what tells us whether the scope you described is buildable.
Timeline Capacity is two to three engagements a year, so start date matters as much as scope.
Is IP or equity negotiable? Some of the best engagements are structured as shared ownership rather than a fee. Saying no here costs you nothing — it just changes the shape of the proposal.

What happens next

  • You get a reply either way. If it isn’t a fit we’ll say so plainly, and where we can, point you at what would suit better.
  • If it looks like a fit, one call. Not a sales call — an architecture conversation about what the system has to do and where a model does or doesn’t belong in it.
  • Then a written proposal with the architecture, the boundary between deterministic and model-driven paths, the timeline and the number.
  • We may say the answer isn’t AI. That happens, and it is a better outcome than a year spent proving it the expensive way.
