What Omora AI is

Omora AI is a software tool that helps a clinic talk to its patients on WhatsApp, organise symptoms, prescriptions and reports, and suggest next steps for a doctor to review.

Omora is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It does not diagnose, prescribe or treat anyone. Every clinical suggestion Omora makes must be reviewed and approved by a licensed doctor at the clinic before it reaches a patient. The clinic remains fully responsible for all medical decisions made for its patients.

Omora is currently in pilot at Vatsalya Clinic, Lucknow. It is not certified by any regulator and is not offered as a finished product to the general public.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to clinics and their staff who use Omora, and to anyone who visits this website. A patient or parent who messages Omora on WhatsApp is doing so as a patient of the clinic, under the clinic's own consent and terms with its patients.

Acceptable use

  • Use Omora only for its intended purpose: supporting a clinic's own patients.
  • Do not use Omora to replace a doctor's judgement, bypass clinical review, or make a final treatment decision.
  • Do not attempt to access data belonging to another clinic, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Do not use the service for anything unlawful or for mass, unsolicited messaging.

Fees
