Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete your personal data from ommune.com or from Omora AI at any time.
How to ask
Send an email to hello@ommune.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Please tell us:
- Your name and the phone number you used on WhatsApp with Omora, if applicable.
- The name of the clinic, if your data was collected through a clinic using Omora.
- What you'd like deleted (for example, "all my data" or a specific record).
If your data was collected by a clinic using Omora, we will also inform that clinic, since the clinic is responsible for its patients' records.
What gets deleted
We will delete the personal data we hold about you — for example, WhatsApp message history, stored symptoms, and account details — except for what we are legally required to keep.
What we must keep by law
Indian law requires certain records, such as some health and billing records, to be kept for a minimum period even after a deletion request. We will tell you which parts of your data (if any) fall into this category and when they will be deleted, when we respond to your request.
How long it takes
We will complete your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it, except for data the law requires us to keep. We will confirm by email once it's done.
