Patient messages on WhatsApp
A parent or patient writes to the clinic's WhatsApp number, same as they would to any clinic.
Pilot / Vatsalya Clinic, Lucknow
A WhatsApp assistant for clinics. Patients message the clinic as usual. Omora organises the conversation and suggests next steps — the doctor approves everything before it reaches a patient.
Five steps, start to finish.
A parent or patient writes to the clinic's WhatsApp number, same as they would to any clinic.
It looks at the symptoms described, and any history, prescriptions or reports the clinic has on file.
A possible reply or next step is drafted for the clinic — never sent to the patient directly.
Every suggestion goes through the clinic's doctor first. Nothing clinical reaches a patient without that approval.
Once approved, the reply is sent back to the patient on WhatsApp, from the clinic.
Omora is built so the AI layer can only suggest, never decide. A licensed doctor at the clinic reviews and approves every clinical suggestion before a patient sees it. Safety checks run on what Omora drafts before it is even shown to the doctor, so obviously wrong or incomplete suggestions are caught early.
Patient data is stored in India. Omora's AI never trains on patient data — conversations and records are used only to help that one clinic serve that one patient. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Not yet available to every clinic.
